The conclusion is whichever one you remember to use regularly is the toothbrush for you! If you have a manual toothbrush and are having trouble maintaining the status quo, try an electric one. On the flip side, if you have an electric toothbrush but don’t feel like you’re getting the same amount of cleaning, go back to manual.
