Dr. Wagner grew up in Modesto, California. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. While in college he worked at a dental lab, where he fell in love with dentistry. He earned his DMD degree from Roseman University in the Salt Lake City area. During school he volunteered in several community health centers, offering free dental care to those in need.
